BlenderBottle Adds Custom Engraving to Powder-Coated Steel
Personalization on the Bottle That Goes Everywhere
BlenderBottle customers are fiercely loyal, carrying their bottles daily to the gym, their job, team practice. Custom engraving gives that loyalty a permanent mark. Bottles they already carry everywhere now include their name, their gym, or their team.
The program covers BlenderBottle’s powder-coated stainless drinkware. Customers are able to add their own text (sized and positioned inside a defined engraving window) or upload their own artwork. Final results are shown on a photorealistic 3D model before they buy.
Every Upload, Automatically Moderated
Open artwork uploads carry real risk. A copyrighted character, a competitor’s logo, or something plainly offensive can end up permanently engraved on a product carrying the BlenderBottle name — made, shipped, and in a customer’s hands before anyone at the company has seen it.
Spectrum’s AI moderation reviews every file against client-defined rules, including unsafe imagery, copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, offensive language, and even text detected inside an uploaded image. Anything that violates that established ruleset is sent back to the user for changes before it ever becomes an order.
Engraved Into the Coating
BlenderBottle’s engraving cuts through the powder coating to expose the stainless steel underneath, giving the mark a tactile edge and two-tone contrast. Spectrum’s 3DTrue rendering shows the engraving the way it will actually look, so what arrives matches what’s on screen.
Upon check-out, Spectrum immediately generates and sends a production-ready file including vector paths calibrated for powder-coated stainless and written for the laser that will cut them. No manual interpretation between the order and the factory.
